Awful. I spend 5000 and still same. Now saying oil leak and asking more money. Truly disgusting and i am in trap now basically. Car is with them still and really don't know what to do. They asking more money to fix oil leak and for millions of problems. God bless them. Not recommended at all. zero star

We have recently moved to Tenerife and have bought a 2004 X5, the air con compressor failed and I have been really struggling to find the replacement part over here, it's Spanish registered so I could not use the number plate to find it on any UK parts sites. I rang yesterday and spoke to Michael in the parts department and give him my VIN number, he found the part gave me the part number I needed, I just want to use this review to say a massive thank you to Michael for listening to my tale of woe and helping me find the correct part great professional service thank you again.
