Fantastic shop owner - a young man who is so helpful. There is so much available here. But one thing that is rare these days, exists here in abundance - great customer care. Mano the shop owner has been the quiet celebrity of Hatch End. He is kind and polite to his customer base. Everyone goes to him to resolve their tech/phone problems. Everyone he meets, has only positive things to say about him. Everyone likes him because he treats his customers like friends. The shop is full of necessities and food prices are reasonable. I would rate it 10 stars if I could!

Nice shop with lovely customer service. You can pay your bills in there as well as top up Oyster Card. On top of that there's huge selection of chilled beers. Always having a nice chat in there too.
Went there with a problem and was solved, great help especially the young lad!!
