Let down, whilst waiting for white cooker to be delivered after old one had been disconnected was informed no longer available, offered another choice of colour, when chosen, silver that also was not available. Not very happy but maybe Black suits my mood!!!

Fantastic service. Bought freezer 2 years ago very happy. Returned to buy fridge Monday. Delivered today. My fault wrong size. Fitters phoned shop. I called in. Fridge exchanged refund for difference. Delivery tomorrow. No hassle all smiley faces.

I have just purchased two microwave ovens from Preslec in Cleveleys. From my first visit to the shop I found the staff very helpful and I ordered a small microwave to go on my worktop. I also needed a replacement for a built-in microwave and they were most helpful. They arranged for the fitter to deliver my small one and check the measurements for the built in microwave. The replacement was brought yesterday and fitted and it is perfect. I can't speak too highly of the fitters who came they were great and very knowledgable and took all the bits back with them. I will certainly not hesitate to purchase items from them in future and will certainly recommend them as a first class service. Thanks to you all.
Well stocked, if they don't have they can order if poss Do give sound advice, if parking use 1hr spot Do take away old item at cost
