As owners currently living a long way from Pembs, our 3 year relationship with our Preseli lettings has been an incredibly positive experience. Preseli lettings have always been great at keeping us in the loop with issues big and small, always giving us costed options and a choice of contractors to deal with problems arising. We always felt able to sound out ideas with Preseli lettings and get their adivice whilst ultimately feeling supported in any decisions we took regarding our property and tennants. Everyone of the Preseli lettings employees is a delight to work with and all of them, throughout the 3 years, made what could have been a stressful process, renting out a property from an ocean away, incredibly easy and stress-free. Having previously had bad experiences with the buying and selling process we were sceptic about the type of service I would receive from a lettings company when we needed a property between house purchases. Luckily we fell on our feet. The first company we called was Preseli Lettings. We required something very rural for the safety of our animals. They managed to do this within a week. We mainly dealt with Emma and Robbie. These lovely people made the whole process stress free. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient and display high levels of competence and skill in their profession. When we moved into the cottage it was pristine, a very important point as we work within the food industry. Having used previous letting agents before preseli has far exceeded our expectations. Outstanding service and always with a warm smile. Nothing has been to much bother. If I could have given 6 stars I would. Thanks all at Preseli 5 stars well deserved
Good agency Very client focused
I moved to Haverfordwest a year ago for work. After viewing many properties with many different letting agancies, I settled with Preseli Lettings. The care and dadication to look for what best suits your needs, and the extra effort made to meet your requirements are extraordinary. Throughout the year the relationship has been cordial, and accomodation to my needs. They have been very helpful in arranging meetings and always quick with their responses both via email and telephone. I have ended my tenancy with them a week ago, and the new agency I am working with have a lot to live up to. I thank all of the staff at Preseli Lettings, but in particular to Robbie (as he likes to he called). I highly recommend doing business with Preseli Lettings.
