These people are running an elaborate con under the guise of a legitimate business. If you're a human being who enjoys the outdoors you will probably find something that strikes your fancy, this is where the problems arise. Chances are you will purchase something you have convinced yourself will be a good investment from a reputable shop. This is a very misleading feeling as when you go back to the store to return/fix/ask about anything involving your purchase, you immediately become one of their circus dogs jumping through hoop after hoop only to not be given your treat at the end. This store is extremely lacking in the customer service department and corporate will go out of their way to not help you.

Great selection. Super friendly and helpful staff. I had to return a product and they were super helpfull and made sure to get me taken care of. I got a new product and it is working great. I am supre happy with it (coyote call).

I ordered a bow online with the ship to home option. It came from the Prescott AZ store. Long story short, there’s a missing package claim now. I have now idea why a 400 bow didn’t need a signature on delivery but oh well. I have gotten the run around from customer service until one lady told me that the claim has to come from the specific store and put me on hold to reach out to them. Apparently they offered NO help to the customer service lady. So she has her supervisor call them and the person they were speaking to (at the Prescott store) hung up on him. I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks now. I have always had great experiences with sportsman’s but I don’t know if I will shop online there again...

Always a great place to shop. Staff is friendly and store is clean. Reloading supplies still is short supply or should I say NO supply but nonetheless a great store.

Some really friendly employees here and some that don't know what customer service is (or worse, don't care). Too much of a hassle to try and shop here until things return to normal. Sorry for the good employees that you have to deal with the bad ones.
