My house was valued recently by Joe Graham, Valuations Manager at Prescot. I was very impressed with the service I received. Joe was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and communicated and engaged in a sociable manner whilst remaining professional: not a common skill. After the visit and a telephone call the following day, I was very clear about the plan I should follow to market my house to its full potential. I also understood the market conditions affecting my sale currently and in the coming year. I should add that my house is quite individual and unusual in many respects and Joe paid full attention to these factors and gave the due time required.
