When you ring the Prescot office you are greated by a very happy, lovely friendly receptionist, any messages are passed to the relevant person quickly and a response is also very fast. The service we received was very professional which helped sell our house quickly and efficiently in these crazy times. Would reccomend Belvoir to any house seller.

Struggled to book in a viewing as the staff wasn’t very helpful. Finally managed to book in for a week later only to be sent a cancellation email a couple of days before but with no reason and no option for another date. I replied to the email asking if there was a reason for the cancellation and if I could book for another day (no reply) I called several times the following day but they didn’t answer. I already had an offer in mind on the property I was going to view so it was just a formality. If anyone is thinking of selling a property with this agent I would advise to stay well clear.
Belvoir really professional and yet caring service. Paula and Natalie are fantastic and are really good at there jobs. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone, 100% service from start to finish.
