The whole team from front of house, nursing staff, the surgeon and the anesthetist were all very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the day aswell as pre op and post op. After being refused treatment from my NHS GP on several occasions for a growing cebaceous cyst I decided to contact Aset Hospital for a consultation. The cyst was causing mild discomfort but was always a worry as it had never been tested. I was given a consultation in a matter of days and Dr Shaaban was able to operate quickly. The procedure was done in a relaxed, safe environment and took a total time of one hour. I had three follow-up appointments. Two of which were with fantastic nurses who checked the wound and redressed it. The final appointment was with Dr Shaaban to check the way that the scar was healing. I have a small, faint scar that is fading week by week. I couldn't recommend the practice more highly. The staff were friendly whilst being incredibly professional. This is my first time using a private hospital and for peace of mind I would definitely come again.
