My daughter and I.transferred from Townfield surgery to.prenton medical centre today and had our initial patient screening with Donna, and what a truly lovely experience it was from start to finish... The receptionists were a delight and Dr Machell makes it worth switching a hundred times as she has to be THE best Dr anywhere...I just wish we had done this sooner, it's been absolutely wonderful..Thank you to everyone we met.x

I just moved to this practice with my family and we're surprised how great is this place.
Reception pleasant cheerful and helpful same as nurse. But I try to avoid the G.P.
I was with this surgery for 23 years. I got increasingly poorly and they ignored my symptoms until I nearly died of sepsis so be careful I feel patients are not there main concern.
