Fantastic. I loved the tour. We went to Stonehenge and Bath. It was amazing. What a great experience. Our guide Leon was smart, funny and cool with respect. He was what made it awesome.

AMAZING!!!! We got the Stonehenge and Bath tour. Karen was our guide. She is the nicest person that I've met and very competent too. And Malcolm the driver...so nice and funny.. They turned the travel lighter. Everything was well prepared to be safe ...sanitazer...separated places...everybody had to wear masks during the travel... The landmarks......ahhhh....a dream.....the weather was perfect... I super recomend...when the second lockdown ends...Go! Choose Karen and Malcolm if you can!!!

Everything ran on time and worked out fine when we traveled to Harry Potter studios on Saturday the 23rd of February. But the bus would not open its doors when we returned 15 minutes early from Harry Potter with our daughter who was tired and just wanted to sit down. When he did open the doors the girl on site had to ask his permission to start boarding? Then the hour long trip the whole bus was roasting hot and when getting off the driver had cool air blowing on himself. The tour was fine but let down a lot by the bus driver.

Wonderful experience with Premium tours. I was late on the initial date of my tour and bus left. The staff offered to put me on the same tour the next day at no extra charge. Malcolm and Ben gave excellent information about all the stops we made. Sad to see that some people left bad reviews because tour guy “left them at the attraction”. Absolutely false. Every time we stopped tour guide always announced several time what time everyone should be back on the bus and importance of being on time and bus will not wait. When there are 4 stops made during the day with reservation for each one the bus cannot wait for each person that is late as it delays arrival to each attraction. Needless to say we had a few people that didn’t show up on time during our tour too but they were warned.
