Excellent service from all members of the Premier Service team. I've had two services, an MOT, a major repair, and a minor repair, all carried out there now, and I cannot fault them. Best place to take your mercedes in Leicester :)
Pleasant, efficient and fair on pricing. Premier run a brilliant business with great people while doing the right thing. Thank you for solving a 3 year old undiagnosed battery problem.
Booked in our car for its first service, good booking in service and information on what we needed. Great value for money, half the price of the main dealers, whilst still maintaining your warranty.
What a refreshing level of service! Really knowledgeable and down to earth team, excellent customer service and clean waiting area. Dropped off the car, In and out within minutes in a courtesy car and on my way. Didn't try to upsell to me, just honest advice and did exactly as I needed them to. Perfect. Really reasonable pricing in comparison to the main dealer too, Premier use the same parts and the same or greater level of expertise and slicker service IMO. Why go anywhere else! Thank-you Premier!
