Called Jerry - immediately answered, professional, courteous, scheduled the next day and then on time. Needed him to check the septic system prior to our home sale. He did a thorough inspection and his only recommendation was to change the sprayers. He charged us no service call at all and just a nominal charge for the sprayer heads, and certified our systems for sale. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Will recommend as a \preferred vendor\ on the home sale. Thank you Jerry.

Preferred Septic and Aerobic has services our aerobic system for the past two years, and we would not use anyone else. Jerry always either picks up the phone or calls back quickly. His knowledge of aerobic systems, timeliness and service quality are top notch. He has made having an aerobic system so easy through his inspection/service plan we just forget about it and go about our lives. We even get our invoices/receipt before he leaves the driveway! All that, and he is a genuinely nice person.
