Clean,big rooms and good value for money . If they would change the water of aquarium would be great..
Hotel is pretty clean. The accommodation was on time. We were in the apartment with 2 rooms. The furniture was in nice condition, but we expected that there will be more space according to the pictures which we saw. Food selection was very poor, but meals were very tasty, like domestic. Anyway it was a comfortable place to stay!
This is not a 4 star hotel: is dirty, very poor breakfast, room was not very tall and we hit the wall with head, more than 10 times and i have 170cm!!
I was traveling with my daughter and they accommodated us to 1 st floor room 109. Thank you for clean and friendly attitude. Tasty breakfasts and dinners. All was perfect. They clean every day,lift with sensors ,room service,all was perfect.Thank you
The rooms are OK from a size point of view and beds quite confy. The soundproofing is OK, but only from my point of view - I live in a urban area, and yes, you can hear the cars from DN1. There are some minuses: - some of the door knobs have outlived their lives(eq: if you need to go during the night - 3-4 rooms if not 1-2 floors will hear the turning of the knob). - carpets everywhere, not a big fan, and some seems to show age. - the free parking is quite difficult if you don't have 4x4 on your car - there are some parking spots on the entrance lvl of the Hotel, but they are the first to go, and the only ones left are the ones where you have to go up a slope - as said before, if you don't have 4x4 and it snowed, I don't recommend attempting to go up without winter chains on the traction wheels. - included breakfast - 2 words describes it perfectly "Romanian style" (and I am Romaninan... and disapprove on this type of service...) - missing items, the girls are helpful and assist you whenever you need, but it's not the best ideea for a "Swedish buffet breakfast" (sry for the spelling) for basic items to be missing (water and ... heated milk 4 the kids - also, there is no option for plain cold water...), otherwise it's OK from my point of view... - be careful with the reception staff - some are very helpful, but some you have to carefully explain to them that you are actually requesting help from them, otherwise the person in question will expect that you will solve it on your own - this is less than what should be expected from a 4 star Hotel.
Even tought i stayed one night, i can say everything is worthy of a 5-star rating. It had lots of parking lots, clean and spacious rooms and the location is astounding.
