After I was seated I waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken. They didn’t server over half the menus of the items. After another 45 minutes, my meal finally arrived. The steak was awful. I was literally served a sirloin that was half blue and the other half somewhat medium. The salad had so much pepper in it, I couldn’t eat any of it, and the mashed potatos tasted like it was store bought. Also the room service is basically not existent. Didn’t really expect this.

The worst hotel ever... You're Maximum 0Star not 4 star!! Poor breakfast menu Poor facilities No cleaning like house keeping is not exists The water it goes from cold to hot and hot to cold so fast that you can't even take shower safe....
A very pleasant atmosphere, with good services. The spa & pool area are clean and modern. The restaurant has an old smell and needs some changes, but the food was good. I recommend this hotel as one of the best in Predeal!

One of the best hotels in the Romanian mountains. Great pool. Lovely personal and tasty food. The gym is a bit rusty, would love some updates.
