Very nice place. I'd you want to spend a few days in nature is a great place.
We’ve been there for a weekend. The pros: quiet, nice surroundings, parklot, breakfast The cons: not too clean not too dirty, a little bit pricey for you can get, the bathroom that is on the cheap side and the owner that stayed after us to leave because another group will arrive. He gave us the feeling of rush. The breakfast is between 9.00 AM and 11.00 AM. At 10.50 AM the whole kitchen was empty on the day when was our departure from this villa. The owner is a cold hearted guy but no judge on this. Overall is an okay location but pricey and you need a car or taxi unfortunetly.
The owner basically asked for more money for using the kitchen and living and constantly reminded us to close the lights and scolded us because we forgot to close a light during the night. The villa itself is nice, and the surroundings also. Not too clean but not dirty either.The rooms were not too warm but it was ok and are decorated very nice. There were many kids and we had to wake up early because of the noise. When we used the kitchen for playing some board games and stood up later she asked us the next day to keep quite even tho we did not make disturbing noises.
Owners seem to be looking after profit only. A lot of restrictions in the vila starting from using the vila's kitchen to using extra heating sources in the rooms. Limited parking spaces with no other parking option around or at short distance. Even when parking lot is full owners still need to have their car parked. Rooms needs to undertake a full and deep cleaning process; bathroom furniture looks old and rusty, mold stains at the shower, a lot of stains on the blanket and pillows. Room furniture is more like a kitsch, no design perspective; kitschy so called luxurious items thrown together with cheap melamine furniture, all together in the same room.
They are not organized. I don't recomand.
The villa is nice for someone who looks to stay in quiet mountain place. What I liked is: • the huge common space, nicely decorated with mirrors. It is big enough to accommodate all the guests. • the front and back yard, nicely equipped with swings and kid toys, benches and a barbecue. • the duble superior room had a 200x180 matrimonial room. It was clean and cozy and heated accordingly. • the house rules that that are displayed in every room and contribute to a decent atmosphere. • the owners are hard working and they cleared the yard of 1m high snow before we got up • parking space for up to 10 cars. • free WiFi all the time, even in bad weather. • baby table seat. What I didn't like: • bathroom shower cabin poorly equiped. What I would have liked: • dishwasher. • possibility to serve meals, breakfast as there is no store for about 2km. • bigger shower cabin.
