Excellent experience. Used Precision Locksmiths for a jammed mortice lock. It was a tricky job and the lock was a write-off, so it was picked and replaced within an hour. They were punctual, professional and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

Never met Tom before. Emergency with broken gearbox on main-entry patio doors. He replied while he was still on holiday and turned out next day - Sunday. Sourced the parts by exchanging photos. Tom turned up bang on time, completed the job in half an hour, charged very reasonably and was a pleasure to meet. Won't ever use another locksmith. What a find. What a great chap
Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I contacted Precision Locksmith who were prepared to come out on the same day. They arrived and repaired the faulty lock in no time at all and gave me excellent advice regarding lock types. Will definitely be having them back to install high quality locks to all doors. All in all, an extremely professional service who I would highly recommend.
