Had a portable basketball hoop I was just not patient enough to deal with. Called Precision Assembly and received a return call within the hour. Easy to schedule an appointment. Chris is friendly and asks the right questions to ensure they can meet your needs. They even called when they had unexpected openings to see if the work could be completed sooner. The tech assigned to my job was pleasant and professional. He did a great job and communicated well.

I had Precision Assembly and Repair Technologies move my treadmill from my family room to my basement and then tune it up. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions. And, they were thorough, asking questions prior to starting and then they proceeded to get everything done without any issues. Furthermore, they did not leave any mess behind! I definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Moved 300 pound treadmill box from garage and assembled in house. Rodney and the other gentleman were wonderful. On time, very efficient and did a wonderful job. Will use Precision Assembly and Repair Technologies again if I need their services.
Very unprofessional, unresponsive, poor workmanship. Chris was referred to me by a close friend, due to the good job he did. Chris sent a contractor to my service call, without disclosing he would not be doing the work...the contractor did a HORRIBLE job, left his personal trash and dirt
My wife contacted this company because we had purchased a playset for my son and when it came, it was way over our heads to assemble (mainly because the instruction booklet is junk). Shortly after contacting Chris, we had a few guys out to start work on it. They speed in which they put the set together was phenomenal. The guys were pleasant, courteous and personable. Shortly after they left after their 2 day excursion, my 3yr old was on it for about 2-3 hours. While some here have reviewed negatively, my personal experience with the entire process was pleasant and I would use them again....
The level of unprofessionalism from the owner, Chris Manack, is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. When his repairman did the job, he didn’t offer a receipt, but I offered to pay at that time. He declined and said the owner would bill me. So the owner immediately sent me a bill wanting me to pay electronically. I informed him I had some concerns about the repair and inquired about the warranty, and he told me it would be warrantied but I should pay my bill as directed. A few hours later he sent another rude message telling me to pay. The payment method was quite inconvenient, so I decided to pay later when I had more time. The next day he was sending me more rude messages demanding immediate payment. Now I was very offended and began arguing with him. He charged me 167 for a treadmill repair that took 40 minutes to do. I told him he had overcharged me. So we argued for a while and he insisted on getting payment. I told he was the rudest business person I’ve ever dealt with. So I sat down and spent an inordinate amount of time on an obscure pay site. He wanted the money sent to him directly instead of the business, which certainly raises questions about his payment of taxes. And after he got his money he continued to berate me. If you deal with this man, expect extreme rudeness.
Don't use him when he fixes something and it breaks down again the same part he fixes he will tell you that he Retired because he knew it shouldn't have been fixed in the 1st place
Chris did a wonderful job installing our basketball hoop and putting together a large wooden playset in our backyard. He was always quick to return phone calls and text, well priced, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I highly recommend him.
