Lady who served me was extremely unprofessional and rude. I just asked \Which month am I eligible to apply for PR?\ and she answered \What's the rush?\ I've already been here for 2 years. Was it not a valid question? Please train your employees properly before they ruin first impressions of Czech people to foreigners.
Unfortunately the democracy never got here. unfriendly, obtuse.
Makes absolutely no sense. People working there only speak Czech, when they mostly deal with non-natives who have yet to pick up the language. Absolutely unreasonable and ridiculous. Find a buddy who can translate for you before even attempting to make an appointment
Horrible service and long wait times for basic things. I arrived to the office to pick up a voucher only to be told to come another day as if I have nothing better to do. Information desk doesn't speak English. They expect people new to the country to speak Czech? It's not realistic.
I'm speechless...
People working there can’t speak English ..i don’t understand how we are supposed to get our things done.
