Booked the parking via the Ryanair app. When I finally reached the information desk I was informed that my car will be moved to another location for the time of my absence. Great start. When I got back the car luckily was there for me, but I can't really understand how changing almost ALL settings in my car (not only the driver's seat, steering wheel and climate control, but also radio stations, media system and EQ!) was necessary to safely store my car. One star for difficulty in finding the desk, not informing me about transferring the car in advance and for messing up with the media system.

Smile Parking was a convenient way for leaving the car at the airport. I like the concept and it worked just fine. However, the person taking over our car was extremely unfriendly and rude. Next time I'll probably try another company.
After using the parking several Times they scratched our car badly Last time. Things like this can happen and therefore insurances exist however since 6 weeks we are running After this company to get the damage regulated - they dont answer anymore... nie case goes to laywer. Worse customer service i ever experienced! If all goes ok this service is good but God forbid something goes wrong!
I had used Smile Parking a few times. I usually had some issues with the staff but it improved. But I will never use them again. I just upgraded my car and since then, money was stolen from the car. Not alot ..about 200kc that I leave in the car for any emergencies. I emailed them and I have been told that it was my fault for leaving the money there. Interestingly I used them before and had money in the car but when I leave a new Mercedes with them...items went missing from the car. Worse is the email response I got which basically did not acknowledge my previous custom to them or apologies or attempt to remedy the loss. I won't use them again since I had overlooked their rude staff and other repeated reviews of major damage to the cars...but not this time. I thoroughly recommend to anyone NOT to use them. There are alternatives that are safer and more economical!!
Fast car reception with Valet service. It took less than 2 minutes. Once I return, paperwork was done in the same quick manner and I picked up the car from the same building, no need to go somewhere else. I had included cleaning the car inside and outside which was done excellent! Car was parked indoor so was still clean. Is the best parking service I ever had and for sure I will use it each time I will departure from Prague airport! Recommend!
There are quite few parking options at PRG airport, Smile parking has really good Price–performance ratio though. Walking distance to terminals. No need to prepay - booking is enough. So far free valet parking. And as bonus loyalty program for frequent users. - no complains!
This is what I call a professional service. Simple, fast, reliable and in the light of local competition, cheap as well. Once, I managed to arrive around 20 minutes earlier and even though the staff was clearly pretty ocuppied, I was pointed to the nearest free parking space and wait there for further instructions. One of the operators came in no time, filled in the parking form and we were ready to set off. A total satisfaction.
