I had the pleasure of living 100m down the road from this place for a year. What a stroke of luck. I went to this place 3x a week for a year, fantastic food menu (get the svičkova or the duck) and the fresh pilsener beer is dangerously good.

Good food and beer and the menu has a decent variety. I had the duck and dumplings, althoug it looked a bit bland, it tasted awesome. The decor and ambience was really nice. It is also right across from the tram so it is really accessible. The only downside was the reception from the staff. They were a bit rude when I arrived and I asked for a different table then the one they showed me to. I guess it might be because I could only speak english
Fair but not wow. Nice ambience, simple style. At the best ignorant or even rude, non English speaking staff ( except 1 waiter who was really trying).
Fantastic little resteraunt. Visited 3 times during our trip. Very friendly service, really good value and the food was exceptional. Would definitely visit again next time we are visiting the area.
Doesnt appeal very much from the outside and kind of makes you feel like you enter into a village pub, but once you are there it’s fine. You will find czech classics on the menu as well as many variations of meat. The food though is average. Service is kind but not really fast, waited more than half an hour for a meal. Prices average and it is also the word that signifies this place.
I had a delicious salad with honey and mustard sauce. Nice place, good service and affordable price. I recommend this place
The beer was delivered in a steady stream. Food was nice and even if it was full house we did not have to wait long.
Recommended by our hotel, the Theatrino, we thought this place was great. It was very busy which is always a good sign. Really tasty Goulash and great beer. Fast service from cheerful and helpful staff. Don’t complain about waiting staff not speaking English. They shouldn’t have to! Learn some Czech or find a common language. Our waiter spoke English and Italian so we had some fun with that. Just a little noisy and ‘fast-food’ ish but fantastic value for money.
