Practice Plus Group Hospital, Emersons Green

I was lucky enough to have a hip replacement at this hospital in September 2020. My experience was very positive. The surgeon Mr. Dehne did an excellent job,, now just a neat trouble free scar testament to his skillful intervention. All the staff were helpful and efficient, starting from the reception, through to the ward. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My physiotherapist was exceptionally helpful and patient in getting me back up on my feet, making sure before I left, I knew how to continue the exercises to practice at home.

Today I had to go in for a procedure that I was slightly nervous about as I have never had a procedure under anaesthetic and I have to say the staff are absolutely amazing very informative which made me much more happier about the procedure, I'd really recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you to all the staff.

Had COVID test today as have minor surgery in a few days - at reception was told to “wait in my vehicle” - seemed to throw the lady a bit when I said I did not have one. Had to wait outside as all the chairs were occupied.procedure itself was fine. Very remote location for non driver though - expensive taxi fares there and back

Awful place to work. Just care about productivity not staff. Avoid.

Visited for a scan. Very organized and prepared for covid. Called while in carpark and was invited in. Registered car reg for free parking. Staff took temperature and asked me to take a seat in waiting area. Within 3 mins was called in for appointment. Staff very kind, friendly and put me at ease. Scan was done and staff very thorough. Very happy with whole experience. Clean hospital, easy to find, would definitely be happy to visit again.
