!!STAY FAR AWAY!!. The “OWNER” is very rude and unhelpful Alarm went off all night on the van, witch I ended up having to sleep in the van with the ignition on to stop the alarm noise because I live in a residential area the “Owner” is rude unhelpful and very greedy, she told me to drop the van back before it had to be dropped back and she said it’s fine you haven’t slept. Instead of giving my deposit back she took a further 300 and wouldn’t answer the phone . Got a phone call back half hour later just to be spoken to like rubbish. Doesn’t obey any of the covid-19 restrictions didn’t see not one mask van was dirty. I would highly recommend you walk, it would be so much more stress free. I am taking this further Kate as this cannot continue and you cannot get away with it.
