Excellent customer service. Explained everything.
If I could give lower I would, 4 weeks later and lawnmower not fixed with rope pull and service after told 7 to 10 days, I allowed more time to be fair but rang about 2 weeks in told they didn't have it,had to go find it myself then told have it 2 days later left it a week again being fair and nice rang still not done, removed from them and went up the road to Clonard Hire where I should have gone first. PR Coyne staff member attitude was not right at all. All because it was bought in woodies given the comments made while I was there they weren't interested but kept saying they are so busy.
