With good weather or bad weather this 40 degrees Celsius waters are simply the best! There are 4 different pools, all the same temperature. At night is even better, everything is with good low lighting. During the pandemic you need to take your own towel.

Wonderful natural hot springs where you can bathe in the open air. Changing facilities, security lockers and gift shop are available but no showers or food due to Covid19 restrictions. Numbers are controlled but quieter around 10am, busier in the afternoon. The water turns white hair the colour of tea!
Huge fan of Japanese onsens. This place is not comparable but nice layout and good baths. The ambience in the evening isn’t bad. Entrance is 6 euro. 5 pools. 4 with 39 degree and one 29. Locker is 1 euro. Usually a self organizing line in the front.
You go out dirty cause shower doesn't work. You can't eat inside cause they kick you out. You have to wear mask everywhere.... Not relaxing at all. I think better thermal pool is in caldeira veihra. It is not private so they take care of the people more.
Just forget about your day and enjoy the relaxation benefits of a nice hot thermal bath in Poça da Beija. Awesome to go with your loved one. Very helpful staff and awesome infrastructure, combining the best of nature and modern architecture. Be mindful that there is at the moment a limitation of people that may be at the facility due to Covid-19
Swimming area is fine. Not spectacular. I recommend you for example Caldeira veihra than this. The water here seems very dirty but it is the mineral. You have to be careful with your swimming suits cause they get red. Security is horrible. The security man refused to give me his name and number. He takes care of people eating when nobody is around and nobody even cares about it. That is really unfair. He asked us to leave after 45 minutes of visit and we were just hungry. We did not receive the refund. The shower is closed due to Covid so you go out dirty and you have to wear mask everywhere (but not in the swimming pool - as if there is no Covid inside the pool). There is no limitation of people inside the pools, only for whole building, so sometimes you have 20 people in small pool). That is a bit hilarious.
Amazing place with a lot of different pools. Really nice, especially in the evening. Great atmosphere and fantastic to relax!
Beautiful thermal pools with perfect water temperature. Amazing even when the weather is bad. Good price. Possibility to rent a locker. Current covid measures: mask not needed inside of the pools but compulsory everywhere else (in-between pools, other facilities...) and footwear compulsory everywhere (except the pools). Tip: If you can, go early in the morning on a week day. Sunday morning at opening time there was already a half hour queue of locals.
