Very disappointed. Very arrogant and unfriendly staff and service. I am a tourist visiting Napoli for 5 days. I had a problem with the AC of my BMW and I begged to connect the OBD to read out the error message, a matter of 10 min approx. But the agent was not willing to do give me an appointment in the next 5 days even if I paid for it. The BMW store was full with at least 6 BMW agents in nice clothes chatting and drinking coffe waiting for the evening, beside me there were also other clients waiting. I am looking forward to go back to Germany and Switzerland. There BMW cares about clients buying their expensive cars. Maybe it is just Italien culture and work attitude, as in BMW Roma service was equally arrogant and not willing to help. And dear BMW representative. Please dont give the same meaningless answer to my post as you give to the others unhappy clients. Your standard answer even confirms more that you dont care about your clients.

Worst service I've ever had. Many delays and excuses. Nobody speaks English and they don't have patience for basic Italian. Never going back!

Extremely hard to get anyone to help you. And apparently no one is able to speak English.

Rispondo a chi mi chiedeva della valutazione di una sola stella, ho una bmw x1 e circa 10 gg fa improvvisamente non mi funzionavano i telecomandi per l'accensione. Ho chiamato l'officina per un appuntamento e mi è stato risposto dalla signora Stefania che avrei dovuto recarmi in situ, lasciare l'auto e ritirarla dopo qualche giorno. Ho fatto presente che mi trovo a circa 20 km di distanza ese si poteva almeno fare una diagnosi attendendo in loco. La risposta è stata un secco rifiuto. Morale della favola, mi sono rivolto ad un'officina PRIVATA che in 20 minuti (DICO VENTI) ha provveduto a risolvere il problema. Questo è quanto, e che provvederò prossimamente a relazionare al customer care Italia della BMW.
Volevo ringraziare il resp. Fabio Priore per aver avuto tanta pazienza nell'aiutarmi nella scelta dei pneumatici più morbidi ed adatti alle mie protusioni. Ma nessuno mi aveva consigliato gomme runflat quasi normali ..5stelle.. Molto care ma la consulenza per me se data con maestria ha un prezzo
