After research and much contemplation to buy a luxury watch, I’ve decided to go to W.Kruk (2nd floor) at Stary Browar because this is the branch that has my watch size. Much to my surprise, an originally happy and exciting experience turned very unpleasant upon meeting their sales clerks. They were rude, unprofessional, and very unwelcoming. Immediately I decided against buying this watch from W.Kruk since I’m positive I will be better treated with any other jeweler. Overall, horrible experience from this retailer and I would not recommend to any of my friends and family to purchase from them, online or offline.

My husband and I went to W. Kruk in Stary Browar with the intention of buying a Tudor watch. Unfortunately, the rude and condescending attitude of the sales people there shows a lack of professionalism, and they made us feel very unwelcome. Altogether, they gave a very bad impression of W. Kruk. If W. Kruk wants to sell more luxury watches, they should really consider improving their customer service in this branch.

Zalecam właścicielom szkolenie personelu z podstawowych zasad obsługi klienta. Sprzedawcy plotkują za plecami klienta, produkty są podawane z wielką łaską, od niechcenia. Atmosfera w salonie zniechęca do zakupu, a nawet do jakiejkolwiek rozmowy ze sprzedawca.

Poziom obsługi klienta w tym salonie jest bardzo niski; personel jest niezbyt uprzejmy i mało kontaktowy, sprawia także wrażenie słabo obeznanego z oferowanym asortymentem. Nawet tak proste czynności jak wyszukanie danych klienta w systemie komputerowym stanowią dla pracownic niemały problem. Niezręcznie jest nawet dopytać patrzące na klienta jak na intruza panie z obsługi o interesujące nas przedmioty, a po zapłaceniu za zakupione produkty ma się ochotę wyjść z salonu i już tam nie wracać. Osoby odpowiedzialne za zatrudnianie pracowników obsługujących klientów powinny zwracać większą uwagę na to, kogo angażują do pracy.

Nie mam zarzutów do pracowników i ich zaangażowania. Jedną gwiazdkę odbieram ze względu na długie terminy naprawy biżuterii w ramach gwarancji. Tak czy tak polecam.
