Worst customer service ever! I bought an item that was listed as \in stock\ on their site, but after paying via Paypal and waiting a week without confirmation via email, I started emailing myself. I didn't get an answer to several emails and the Help & Chat is even worse! They just lied and said they had sent me an email saying the iten was ot in stock\, but it certainly wasn't, they didn't send me an email. The agent in the chat was unprofessional and sometimes made me wait all day for an answer while the chat was on \active\. Then I asked for my money back anyway, but I got no answer back. Only after threatening that I would report it to paypal I finally got my money back. I will never order anything from this webshop again. They lie and make you wait in uncertainty while large amounts are involved. This is the worst webshop ever where I ordered something!

Amazing webshop and great products! This was my first time ordering and everything came through fine. The package was packed really securely and none of the goods were damaged during transport. I asked them to include some documents on the outside of the package because of the law in my country and that was also done in great fashion! Would definitely recommend Specshop to friends. You never know what will happen when you order from a webshop that's new to you but Specshop did amazing!

Purchased a Glock 17 gen 4 magazine, along with some bb's from SpecShop in March. Delivery was incredibly slow - 2 weeks plus - and their communication was terrible. They did not send any updates on delivery or provide any tracking information. When my items did finally arrive, they were poorly packed and looked like they'd just been thrown in a box without any regard. I had only used the gen 4 magazine twice before the bb loader spring completely buckled and the top of the magazine started leaking co2 gas. The product was faulty and useless and I would implore anyone thinking of buying something from this shop to think twice. The quality of their products is incredibly POOR. On their website they state that they have a 30 day no quibbles returns policy, so I submitted a refund request, paid for postage and sent the magazine back. I had to continuously email them in order to check whether it had arrived. When they recieved my return they said they would refund me within 14 days... I waited for two weeks and still no refund. I contacted them again and they refused to refund, saying that they could not accept the return as their was wear to the magazine (this wear was due to the product being FAULTY). What company thinks it's ok to leave a customer in the dark for two weeks expecting a refund, to then say they won't accept the return and leave your emails unanswered... Terrible products and appalling customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
