I happen to have a handicap, wherein I work 8:00-15:00 and have a cursory knowledge of Polish, as it is not my first language, and I asked them in English. So when they told me they can pick up the package \before 10\, and I explained to them that 7:30-8:00 was best, I expected them to show up at the time indicated. They did not, and instead called me at work in the hospital, right \before 10\ (9:37, to be exact), told me that I said to come at 9, when I didn't. They passive-aggressively told me evermind. Order cancelled\, and finally, refused to work with me when I tried to reschedule a pickup. This is petty, unprofessional behaviour, and I am surprised how this service is still in business, if they blame clients for their screwups, and have the audacity to refuse service for something that was their own fault.
