Great experience with Ultimate Cycle. Steven was a great salesperson, answering every question and concern I had as a relatively inexperienced rider. I don't think I was super needy, but Steven assured me that if I needed any assistance, that he would help anyway he could. Lance in the financing office was extremely personable, kind, and helped make the entire purchase a comfortable one. The service manager (sorry, forgot his name) was also a great guy and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his position and assisting people get their bikes back on the road. Over all, a simple, straight forward, and enjoyable purchase thanks to the guys at Ultimate Cycle. Thanks again!!!!

I have to thank Ultimate Cycle from our newest purchase. Purchasing from out of town 5 hours away they made the transaction seamless and very easy. Dealing with the sales department via Email and Phone calls before arriving made the transaction go perfectly. The finance department had all the paperwork ready to go and only the transfer of the funds and a few signatures and I was on my way. Even the parts team met with me and provide me with some additional parts that we ordered from the dealership and I installed later. Even the owner of the dealership called and followed up after a small issue that was resolved via a quick 5 min phone call with the service team. Hands down Ultimate Cycle has prices that can not be touched of some of the machines they sale. Stop in and go see Larry and the rest of the team and see if they can beat whatever price you find at another cycle shop. Thanks to the entire team!
