Excellent customer service. And very good communication. Dealt with Flynn throughout the process of purchasing 2 hot tubs. They set everything up for me in one day, and even gave me additional training on what chemicals to put in with the water. Will definitely recommend, and will be buying again from the same place for my other holiday lets.

A great experience from start to finish, Elin was lovely to deal with and managed to arrange a quick delivery during difficult times. Delivery was fun but Caeli and his team pulled out all the stops, even pulling gate frames off to get it through. Nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub itself is amazing!! Ultimate quality and is exactly what a hot tub should be.

I have had excellent service while buying my hot tub. Caeli was very knowledgeable and very very helpful in helping me choose the right tub for myself. No body pushed me into making a decision and i appreciated that. The after service i have had from Caeli and Finn has been brilliant. I also find that when i pop into buy chemicals for my tub everyone is helpful. Would highly recommend Powerpools.
