Avoid at all cost. Also see the poor reviews received in trustpilot. Order no. AJ12NQ70016793. Ordered something 2 months ago and the item hasnt arrived. I had to email them to ask about the item and they replied the item is out of stock. They dont bother contacting me letting me know the item is not in stock or indicate in their website that the item is out of stock. Rgds

I am posting on behalf of a friend who is not a member of Facebook. The buggy is very good but after 14 months would not go. She took it to a local agent, having understood at the time of purchase that, in view of living a long way away and being registered disabled, she could do this instead of returning the buggy to the main office. The local agent consulted and liaised with the main office all the time and several crucial parts had to replaced at a considerable cost. Powerhouse would not consider any reimbursement of this stating that it had not been returned directly to them. Not impressed with their attitude nor their after sales care as this was the understanding when the buggy was purchased and may not otherwise have been bought.
