Worst costumer service ever. I wanted to cancel my account on 12th of December they did not reply until January. I sent a meter reading on the same date and they did not reply straight away if it's right or wrong. Instead they delayed everything and didn't resolve the issue straight away so they could charge me with extra bill until January. I tried to contact them and it took a while for them to answer back. When I set up a direct debit with them they did not explained well about the extra charges or any arrears every month. Worst experience I ever had. They are dishonest, unfair and they do not value their costumers very well. My neighbours had problems with them too. I certainly would not recommend to my friends and family. I had the worst experience. So incompetent and injustice.
Customer service is brilliant. Staff are always polite and eager to help. Couldn't fault them
Came to read meter and before I could open door said \put that dog in another room and close the door\ then put a leaflet against door glass..not even a please or thank you...in future he can put a card through the door and I will read it myself...dog didn't know what was happening.
Absolute cowboys. Door to door sales promised the world and almost a year later my account still isn't set up correctly and they're trying to charge me almost 400 for the privilege. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else
