Great gym, fantastic equipment, friendly staff, a real asset for the locals it comes highly recommended
Great gym
Helpful and polite staff.The gym is kept spotless and a good range of clothes, equipment and supplements. Any advice about training can be given by the owner and help with training programmes to suit each person. I would personally recommend this gym to both beginners and experienced trainers.
