Me and the family spent a thrilling afternoon here on a rainy day during our holiday in Richmond. The shelves were well stocked with quality items that were mainly 1 or less. How it is possible to manufacture a pack of 3 pregnancy tests for 1 I will never know. But anyway, relieved that the wife wasn't pregnant after all, we went on our way to discover the delights of the nearby Weatherspoons who were still doing the inappropriately named eat out to help out scheme. Great shop, friendly staff, highly recommended!!

Excellent staff and service
Me, my sister and her friend came in today for shopping. None of us was really sure what we wanted so we were looking at stuff and we were barely past the first isle as I noticed one of the workers were following us around, which was really weird as we haven’t even done anything and every other time I have came in it was fine experience. It was around 7:20pm so a lot of other shops were closing so we were just having a proper look, since i haven’t done it before. That worker that was following us, an old dinner lady at my old primary school, was putting things back on the places, ahead of where we were. Since it was my sisters birthday today I was looking at the cards and my sisters friend was in the same isle when some worker, I’m guessing she was the manager since she was on the phone, came up to us and asked if we’re actually going to buy something and said something about us touching stuff and putting our hands through the sweets. I never felt so disrespected, we were told to hurry up and get out while we never did a single thing that she was apparently told. Check the cameras, you’ll know. It’s my favourite shop but after being disrespected like this I might not want to come again, I suffer from social anxiety and would rather not get told off for something I didnt do. I hope someone gets put in the right place.
No sanitizer coz they have no restrictions on amount people can buy
Visited on Saturday morning I am on holiday in the Dale's and the young lady who served us on sat was the most friendly person I have met so far very helpful
