Love the place....especially the popcorn and the chocolates
I have just read how a member of the public who may have been Neurodiverse became distressed earlier on today in the store. A staff member called 'Pete' supported her & listened with a calm & reassuring manner. As a result he discovered that her usual route home was closed which was the root of her anxiety. He walked her back to make sure she felt safe. I wish there were more people like Pete in the world!!!
