Lovely pub, amazing food and good service. Luckily we managed to get a table with only a couple of hours notice on a Friday night. Food was lively and great portion sizes, unfortunately we were too late to order dessert by the time we finished our mains. We went back for Sunday lunch and it was at full capacity, again, lovely food and generous portion sizes however, the staff were very busy and we didn't get table service. Would definitely return.

On the way back from the Gower beach front, we went on the last day of EOTHO not expecting much in the way of service (due to it being very busy) but we were surprised. Felt really genuine and they were all very attentive & friendly. Food was good value & delicious. Such a gem to find and made our 3 hr drive back to the Midlands a little more bearable.

We love roasts. We only eat roasts Sunday and Christmas. I'm glad we used one of our precious Sundays for this 10/10 experience. Albeit a nightmare for the lactose intolerant among us, the stunning decor more than made up for it. The sheer amount of cheese delivered was monumental, portions more than ample and what a delightful wooden walkway into this country gem.
