We were out of water for several days. We are new to homeownership and didn't realize that not all plumbing companies work on wells. Actually most don't. We finally came across Duckworth Pump & Well and they sent someone out right away. They were understanding, kind and sympathized with us. We are even a little out of the area they service. Glenn showed up within an hour or two and followed all COVID safety protocols. He was very knowledgeable and walked my husband through each step he was taking and why. Glen made us very comfortable with each step of the process. As new homeowners and already penny pinching this was invaluable. I would give this company and Glenn more than five stars if I could. We will be recommending them to everyone we know and continue to use them for all our pump and well needs!
