Needed to get a couple of Dyson vacuum cleaner’s quickly. Spoke to Mark who was very helpful and was able to get both items ready to collect from the shop in a couple of hours. Even Dyson’s website only had 1 available! Price’s were very competitive and I was able to collect the same day. Well prepared staff were in store to help with the loading, and payment was easy contact free. Highly recommended the electricshop.

Update on my review following response from owner: It's good to hear there is a 28 day returns policy for gifts purchased in December - I was told on the phone it was the 14 day returns policy only and nothing different for Christmas. So that's good to hear however it doesn't help when someone receives a gift which is not right for them but they can't return because the gift giver purchased before 1st December. My point is there is no flexible returns for gifts received at Christmas which all other shops have. I appreciate you are a small business and I have nothing but good things to say about your products and service. I would just like to see more flexibility around your Christmas gift returns as I can't control when the gift was purchased but I didn't receive it until 25th December. It would be great if you exercised a 28 day gift return policy from that date. Received a christmas present purchased from electric shop. The present is not suitable for me but the 14 day return warranty means I cannot return it at all (even with the receipt). So a 120 gift wasted. There is no extension to the 14 days to take account for covid or christmas gifts as most other shops do now with no questions. Very helpful staff on the telephone but returns policy quite out of date and wouldn't use again for this reason. As per our terms and conditions our Christmas returns window is open for goods purchased between 1st December and 25th December and is extended to 28 days. Great service from these guys. I bought a Roberts Stream94I DAB radio and it came within a couple days of ordering. Amazing radio system and very very quick dispatch and delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these guys again in the future. Thanks again lads.

Good prices if you live in England. Transparency of prices for delivery to Northern Ireland is not on the website. You need to call and contact them in person which is a hassle.
