I contacted Potteries Domestics for an oven repair having considered replacing the whole cooker. The response was very professional, clear and efficient. The repair was completed promptly at a good price and certainly cheaper than replacing the cooker. Happy to recommend!

Wonderful, professional service. Came out within 24 hours, had the parts with him to repair my dishwasher there and then. I was pleasantly suprised at the price. They repaired my dishwasher including the part for less than Bosch wanted just to call out.
Thank you Potteries Domestics. I called them out to my washing machine and they managed to fix it there and then! Fantastic service, very nice people and great price. I will be recommending to my friends and family.
Excellent experience yesterday with Potteries Domestics. This is the second time I have needed their services. Friendly, punctual and professional. I can thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Paul for sorting my dishwasher and washing machine.
