I just went in to redeem a Birthday \sweet treat\ coupon. What an awful place. First, three people working and fewer customers but the staff just ignore me, staying busy messing with non-time critical chores. When one of them did deem to pay some attention she looks at me as though a customer is a nuisance and snaps \what do you want\. I explain politely that I need I want to know what on the menu qualifies as a 'sweet treat'. Instead of being helpful, even looking helpful, or for that matter answering the question, she says \Those cookies do\. What else does? Does she understand the question? Is she just inherently lazy? Who let this person serve customers. There are 7 million unemployed in this pandemic. One of those people would love this job. Give them the opportunity. For my part, it's never back to this Potbelly. The couldn't care less people, presumably from the manager down, need to cleaned out, and replaced with people with a commitment to customer service. Update one week later: Received an apology from the manager and a promise that problems would be fixed.

Been coming here for years and it’s always solid. I never get anything but The Wreck. Ask for a side of Franks Hot sauce for the sandwich. Very often live music!
So the Uber driver did not pay attention to pick up my entire order so when she left without giving me my chocolate shake, I contacted the store to let me them know that I never received my shake with my order. Stephanie took my call and I let her know what happened. She was happy to send a door dasher with a fresh chocolate shake and when it arrived I had an extra surprise! She then called me back to follow up to confirm I received the shake and cookies? I answered and advised that I received the shake and was very happily surprised that cookies were sent along with my shake! Thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond! That's excellent customer service!
The workers here are very rude. I asked for a shake and she got mad at me for not ordering a sandwich when all I want is a shake... and then felt the need to correct me when I said “no whip” and teach me, very rudely, that that is called “flat top”. They are all grumpy and also do not wear masks properly if you aren’t looking at them.
Great place for a quick got sandwich. Price has gone up a bit recently. Still tasty
