Loved the chili and the BLT sandwich. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Enjoyed my first visit to Potbelly.

Drive thru was running very slow tonight but the sandwich made up for it - tasted amazing!
If u do not want the standard sandwich can get from other places, Potbelly has a nice selection. Do not forget to try the shakes or get a cookie for dessert.
A tale of three sandwiches: I placed an online order to be picked up through the drive thru. Upon receiving my order I headed home, not checking the order print out that was taped to the bag. When I got home, the order print out had my name on it, but a sandwich listed that was totally different than the one I had ordered. I open the bag and looked. In there was a sandwich different from what I had ordered and different from what was printed on the order LOL. If this had been lunch hour or dinner hour I guess I could understand how things could go screwy, but this was at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was hardly any business there. At least they got the cookie right.
