I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I have been to many, many PO all over the UK... I have to say this one is the worst. The staff pretend they don't see you. They walk off when they see you queuing. If I'm stood in a long queue you can guarantee they upset at least one customer. They're curt. Unhelpful... they tell you or talk down to you. They patronise their customers. I was glad to see they had shut down, and opened a new one in WHsmith but sadly the original staff were kept on. I DREAD going to this PO. Today, they queue was very long, only 2 staff on... I decide to come back. 50mins later the woman at the counter pretends she doesn't see me, leaves, walks right past me with no acknowledgement. The other woman having a gas with a customer, finally gets around to serving me. Refuses to, because my parcels are pre-paid and she's only monitoring the machines. I'm turned away with my parcels. I'm driving out of town to find a more customer friendly store. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

Well just been to the Post Office in town and it's been moved to Whsmith if anyone needs Know...
I have just been to the main Grantham Post Office to renew my photo card licence. On my first attempt at 11.25 am I was informed that the only person that could assist me was on her break and would be back in 30 minutes. I returned in 30 minutes, the lady who served me had obviously never carried out an application to renew a photocard licence, eventually another lady assisted, after around 30 minutes trying to set up the photograph booth and the signature scan they eventually completed the application. on completion a bar code was printed out, the lady that served me asked her collage what she should do with the barcode!!!!!!!. Eventually a third person came out who issued me with a receipt with a reference number. I had to enquire what happens next as all three did not seem to know. Apparently my new licence will be sent in the post in around 10 days, I live in hope !!! All in all a totally frustrating experience, if this is progress then God help us.
