Staff at Manchester consulate are fantastic. Ive been few times now and they are helpefull, kind and respectable. It has been difficult to book an appointment but once you get one you cant really complaint about the service. From the security guards downstairs to the staff upstairs they are all great.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and efficient. I just renewed my citizen card and passport in no time, the only problem I encountered was booking an appointment online but after that they deal with your request in a matter of minutes. Thank you very much
Very helpful staff. A big thank you to Sandra Martins for helping us and being understanding when I explained the errors caused while booking a slot of appointments for family for passport renewal and helped us through the process with no hesitations. All staff very polite to speak. God bless them all for doing such great service especially in these difficult times of Covid-19.
Been trying to book an appointment since November 2020 and all I'm being told is to check the website on a daily basis. I do this every single morning and every day it says the same message \No appointments available - check later\. I've sent an email requesting an appointment and all I got back was that I have to schedule the appointment via the website! Absolutely shocking service!
Friendly staff, English speaking and very quick service. Clear signage to lead you up to the office on the 2nd floor. There is parking in Gore street around the corner from the building which is a 2 minute walk to get to.
