Booked taxi for 1.40 pm to go out for my Birthday and Anniversary. As table was booked for 2.00 pm I started ringing at 1.50 pm when taxi didn't turn up. I rang several times and phone wasn't answered. His taxi was parked outside his apartment. Disappointed to say the least.

Didn't turn up despite his vehicle still parked outside his dwelling. Useless and undependable.
