Learning Italian with Tertulia Language and started off with group lessons with a very good, patient teacher who used visual and audio teaching tools so the lessons were never boring. Moved onto one-to-one over Zoom as I wanted to progress further and found that ideal for me as Giuseppe, my tutor, was able to map the course around my ability and see where I needed a little extra help. Would definitely recommend.

I have been learning Italian with tertulia language since October 2019. When it was not possible to continue with classroom based tuition we were given the opportunity to join classes via Skype. These classes have been easy to follow with the ability to see and talk clearly to everyone on the call. The high quality of teaching has been maintained throughout. Over the last few months these lessons have enabled me to significantly increase my understanding and enjoyment of the Italian language. I look forward to learning more.

Working through Spanish on Skype went well especially after getting used to the system. Throughout the weeks I formed a very good method of working and learning through using the text and also other members within the Group during my development of the language. The Tutor advised well on the technical strategies of Spanish and especially with the spoken word.

A most enjoyable course, even with the constraints of online learning and dodgy connectivity. All thanks to our lovely, and very patient, teacher. A pity that we are now unable to travel and put what we have learned to the test.

I have been learning Italian with Giuseppe for a year in a small group and more recently on Skype. I wasn't sure how it would work without face to face contact, but it has gone really well and I've really enjoyed my lockdown Italian lessons with fellow classmates! Giuseppe is a patient teacher and I have made progress and look forward to continuing in the new term.
