Asked for an African braid and came out with normal braids all of which are different thicknesses and lengths. The sectioning is also awful from square to rectangle small and large. Was expecting a brickwork formation so they sat properly but they don't. Sat in the chair for 4 hours only got offered a drink twice in the first hour and conversation only happened when someone was sat next to me. No form of aftercare was given and even booking the appointment it felt like a half hearted job where all staff I came in contact with didn't care. Wouldn't go back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
