Took my phone in to get a repair for water damage. Service was really good! Took just over a week as they had to send it away, the manager was so helpful! And I cant believe that they've fixed it and I've still managed to keep all my photos etc. Which I honestly didn't think was going to possible! Thank you guys so much! Glad to have my phone back, especially as it was cheaper than going through my insurance having to pay the excess! (And probably a lot faster than going through that route as well)

Absolutely disgraceful. Went in with 1 problem, came out with 3. Initially went in with a smashed phone screen & nothing else wrong with my phone. They fixed the smashed screen but broke the earpiece in the process and I couldn’t hear / take any phone calls as the ear speaker was disconnected. Had to go all the way back down there for them to fix the earpiece. Then came all the way back home to find my front camera wasn’t working and they had damaged the flex cable inside which broke my front camera. When I message them to tell them this & explain i was very unhappy they just completely ignored me. Funny that as they were quick to respond when they were taking my money. Ended up paying someone else to get my camera fixed as did not trust them at all.. dont think any of them know what they are doing.. I don’t live in the area either and it cost me so much money to keep going back and forth to town. Trading standards have been made aware and are dealing with as they have not met basic consumer rights and i am now out of pocket due to damage they caused. People warned me not to go there and said they were the worst ones in town, should have listened. Absolutely avoid at all costs would not recommend.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I would give no stars if I could. Shocking service, poor communication, staff constantly giving false information. Said it would be 3 days... Took 2 weeks to get my phone back after it had been repaired. Had to chase everyday... When staff said they would get back to me they never did. Refused to tell me how much it would cost despite asking several times... Then charged huge amount for poor quality service. Will never ever use again and do not recommend at all.
