My husband collected his vehicle. Excellent service from reception staff. Disappointing Valet. Roof of van covered in dust-it was not like that when it went for its work. Certainly needs to be checked for future customers vehicles.

Excellent service! I had a accident ,contacted by a Nationwide estimator who arranged to have 'pre-estimated' so parts could be ordered in advance as I could still drive it. I was contacted next day to advise all parts were in and to arrange for my car to be taken to start repairs. Luckily I was going away for two weeks , so arranged to have my car collected. One week later I had a voice mail to advise that my car was ready! I paid my excess and asked if my car could be left at home for my return. They agreed and when I returned the car looked as good as new. Well done to everyone at Nationwide Portsmouth!

Car went in for repair was phoned and told would be collected on a flat bed, some guy turned up with no manners and drove it away without warning. One week latter was advised it’s ready to be collected. So I went to collect my car, they drove it so close to the wall they parked on a curb and i went to inspect I couldn’t see the back so I told her I needed to move it forward to inspect so when I got in the car the sensors were fully red and going mad. Indicating it was hitting something. So I gently pulled away and it was in fact parked on a curb it had scrapped my new bumper and the receptionist witnessed it and then tried to deny it. But then agreed it had been hit again they apologised and then asked me to contact my insurance again. My insurance called to say that the had denied it again and basically I made it up. Disgusting service wouldn’t trust them with anything no doubt my poor car has been mis treated and would never recommend a dodge garage like this. Don’t use EVER!!

Very rude bad customer service work not carried out to a good standard Went to pick car up and had more damage it then when it went in and not taking responsibility for the extra damage that was done it was a new car only 3 weeks old they thought it was a 13 plate as had a personal plate on it. That was what they said to us
