Charged me VAT on all invoices and they are not VAT registered .... ruined some of my furniture.. did not use proper storage facilities in Portsmouth prior to move over to Spain. Clearly do not have any insurance as when I demanded compensation he said he could not afford the amount I asked for.. when I asked him for name of insurance company he would not answer.... threatened him that if he did not pay me I would report him to VAT .. used my 3 in 1 microwave ... when I received it it was covered in thick white fat with bits of meat..inside was a book entitled Chinese cooking for the microwave... DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ..

Amazing service we had on our move. They were very helpful and made the move stress free. Will defo be using this company again if i were to move. And will be definitely recommending to friends and family. And the price for the move was the cheapest we found in portsmouth. Thank you
We contracted McGregors to complete our move and paid 50% of the invoice upon receipt. After the first time the boxes were due to be delivered he dropped all communications with us and did not return calls or texts. Eventually my husband got in touch with him (from a different number) and he assured my husband boxes would be with us that evening. They were not. Eventually he offered us a refund which we accepted however like the boxes that did not arrive. Instead at additional stress and expense we had to find alternative movers and had a CCJ issued against McGregors as following a small claims they did not respond or pay. Avoid at all costs.
Fantastic company, great humour and service from all employees, no damage and lots of care taken over everything. I was amazed at how accommodating they were throughout my move. I would defiantly use this company again and would recommend this company to others. Thanks
