My mum said that they were very helpful when she went to see them. They let her try a couple of scooters up and down the road outside, and she did not feel pressurised to buy anything, or to buy a more expensive model. They stored the scooter until mum was able to get a \scooter store\ (wonderful things, by the way) fitted. They also threw in a free bag as well. Very happy indeed, highly recommended.

Fantastic staff, extremely helpful, we rang before hand to explain what I needed, they let me try out the scooter I liked and that suited my needs, they threw in a free bag for me, that also holds my crutches, I also purchased a rain cover which they did at a discount price for me, friendly staff, they know their stuff, they also deliver to your door, reasonably priced aswell. Highly recommend.

Fabulous service by wonderful team of staff. Entrance can be tricky if you are not fit but they are soon there to help with heavy doors and slight ramp. Small but just great. Nothing is too much trouble and they even offer drink if you have to wait! Amazingly great people.

I ordered a new key for my mobility scooter as I had lost the key I had on July 15th I have just received it over 3 weeks waiting and numerous phone calls very unhelpful staff when I visited the shop and the warden kept on making phone calls on my behalf I certainly would not recommend this firm I would have been completely housebound if it hadn't been for my son and daughter
